They are super easy to do business with, worth the money. They did a great job!
Overall, the whole experience was a very positive experience from start to finish. We stayed on schedule. The entire process was pretty seamless even when I had changes. It went smooth. I don't have too many complaints at the moment.
Overall, it was a great experience. I'm glad we went with Keith Zars Pools!
From start to finish, loved the process
We love our pool!
The price was lower than a competitor's but, the design was far superior.
The process was fascinating to watch. These crews are made up of artists...in my opinion.
They finished our pool on time and did a great job teaching us how to care for and use it.
I have referred three friends in our sub-division and they have purchased pools, I have referred them to call Paul, I have not heard anything back on the referrals, i have contacted Paul and left several messages by email, text & phone and no response, I have talked with the design lady and se was going to get with Paul and no response. I show our pool to people in the sub division and give them Paul numbers. I'm at a point i will recommend Keith Zars pool as they dont follow through with what they say, Refer a friend and get a referral fee. BS! I have referred, Carol/Kevin Jones, Frank Mendoza & Curtis Briggs and they all have purchased pools because we referred them!
They kept us informed and up to date with details of the timeline and if we had any questions they would clarify and go over things with us.
They do good work!
I would recommend Keith Zars Pools to anybody who is looking to build a pool.

Service Technician are very informative and very courteous.
We were completely satisfied with our experience and the outstanding and professional staff. They addressed all of our concerns and we're really happy with our pool, and we would recommend them to anybody looking to build.
Keith Zars Pools designed and built a backyard that is functional, beautiful and makes for a inviting place. From start to finish they were easy to work with. When we had a little problem a few months after the pool was in they were very responsive and fixed the problem. Very satisfied.
The pool is beautiful and no problems thus far, it has only been two weeks since we put water in it. I still owe $2700.00 which i fully intend to pay but there is a few things i would like to bring to your attention. The first thing is...i realize when you guys are building it is a "construction site" but it is still my residence. Some of the crews were awful about leaving trash. I cleaned up almost every day after they left. The left over construction materials from the day were strung out all over the back yard, boards with nails sticking out of them, clothes, hats left hanging on the fence between my neighbors house and mine. String from makeshift tarps hanging from the trees and the column of my back porch, i had to pay extra for a pump in order to get gunite sprayed, there were 8-10 piles of tiny gravel left in a line from the front to the backyard. Yes all cleaned up by me. Not the main gate but a side gate was left open twice. I found that out when my two small dogs we out roaming the streets. The worst of all is the guys left a sheet of tiny grate metal stuck to the ground with leftover cement. One of my dogs poked her eye on it, and i know this because there wer two tiny punctures in her cornia that look exactly like the ends of that metal. $700 later we are still not sure if she is going to keep vision in that eye. I could go on but hopefully you got the idea! The next thing is yalls "punch list"! It seems to me that before the owner should have to sit down and make a list the superintendent would look around and be happy with the job and then be sure there was nothing else i would like to have done. Instead it was more like "if she doesnt point it out we won't have to do it"! I am really concerned about the drainage. From the beginning that was the main issue. I didn't get very much rain but the little i did get there was standing water. Tim admitted it was a difficult job so i am not sure why he can't understand my concern. He keeps telling me it looks fine. He texts or calls me everyday for final payment. Like i said i fully intend on paying. My fear is that this drainage is going to be a problem and if i no longer owe any money it will not get addressed. This is the letter i wrote to Keith Zars. He did address my dogs problem and sent the superintendent out to look at my drainage concern. Ya we ended up taking the drainage issue ourself.
I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism and the expertise of the crew and all personnel that came to my house. They were extremely polite, courteous, and they took really good care not to break things or destroy anything on my property. They did an excellent job overall and I am extremely pleased. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in a swimming pool.
