A lot of the workers assigned to our job made mistake after mistake. We had to wait days and weeks between updates on when work would actually begin. The communications were non-existent from the project manager and we were the ones that had to reach out to outside contractors that they provided because...

I lost most of my belongings in a fire, Laurens Restoration were some of the most kind and understanding people that I've ever encountered, professional and caring which is what is so needed during a time of such devastation.

We are still waiting 2 months later for some of the materials they took out of the house. There is a grandfather clock that is missing. We haven't had that resolved yet.

I had a very good experience with David Weinheimer handling the removal of debris after water damage to our condo. He was prompt in his responses, and responded well to my concerns. After a fire caused significant smoke damage to our condo, Laurens Restoration was hired by our insurance company to provide cleanup. The Company was quick, courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend their services.
