The corner of my roof seems to be sagging and is causing my gutters to leak from that corner. How do I go about fixing this?

I would rather think your gutter needs a good sealant. If your soffit is sagging, you have some structural issues.Most likely nothing to do with the gutter.
Which rug will be comfortable at the bedroom area wool rug or silk rug?
