Initial roof inspection was thorough with pictures to show damage. Estimation on repairs and options of roof materials to be used was clearly explained.

Sales were good. Crew doing the work caused further issues. Magallon's was responsive and attentive to issues. Help Remedy Issue in timely manner. There were extra layers discovered during tear-off which were not discovered or looked beforehand.
