Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

When there is a water leak it is definitely a crisis situation. At time like this you need assurance that it can be cleaned up. It has been my experience in dealing with contractors that it's all about the money. I think they should take into consideration your house. I had to put coverings down on the floor because they didn't. We are retired so we were fine with them showing up or not showing up, but it would be nice to block...

Multi Serve was wonderful. They came in, took over, I had no stress because of everything they did. I was so pleased with them. If I ever have another flood, I would call them again.

Multi serve went out of their way to get our problems taken care of They also helped in the negoations with the insurance and got better equipment installed than I expected They found problems that I didn't think of and took care of them

Claims adjuster set up contact with a great company for repair. Seamless!!! Just beautiful to get a disappointing situation fixed quickly. A +++
