wrong window delivered / not sent ahead like it was supposed to be I would have caught the mistake. was brought the day of instalation. after the old one was already removed .

Construction left a hole for a work week inside incomplete install during winter. Customer service was lackluster with lack of callbacks after no-show. It took 3-4 hours after the reason was learned until we called again.

In the beginning, working with them was a bit tough, but they did the job wonderfully.

I like it. Alure did a good job. They completed the job on time. The cleanup was good.

NEWPRO was very accommodating and very professional. They did quality work, and it came out beautifully.

The whole process was a nightmare, and I'm in between jobs. They have the special you that you can pay a year away from now, and I'm qualified. I was told at the that initial visit that there's mold underneath my tub and bathroom. I did not know that they would not pay for that. Now, the job is on hold for approximately two months without shower, and I have to work to have the mold remove on my own.

Excellent service and quality overall, from start to finish. The work was on schedule and very professional. Staff were very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable.

On balance, I feel that this project was weel spent. While clearly not the least expensive option, the value of services and materials justified the cost.

Newpro is expensive. For this price the lack of quality is alarming. They had to send a crew back to make some corrections. Some of the issues were resolved at that time, but other issues cropped up. Some of the things they were supposed to fix simply were glossed over. Terrible communication from start of project and throughout. They will have to come back again to make more corrections.

I had two design consultants visit my home for my windows. They were friendly and professional, however they basically dangled the
“Carrot” in front of me with regards to the money I would save if I signed up that day and only that day. You’re putting out a lot of money and they….won’t….give you any time to mull it over, at least 24-48 hours would be appropriate. These sales tactics, I did not appreciate at all! Measurements were done a couple days later and the widows arrived in about 4-5 weeks. The installation crew arrived about 1/2 hour early which was great. These guys were fantastic, worked together like a well oiled machine! All 16 windows were installed in one day, they kept on top of trash outside and vacuumed inside when they were done, leaving the place spotless. I’ve remodeled the entire outside of my house and the windows finish the job, they are a beautiful addition to my home.
