Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Overall a solid company with a very hard working team. I had an issue with communication at the beginning of my project, but a proactive manager quickly stepped in and resolved my frustrations. My new roof looks great and I am pleased with the final product.

In May, we got four quotes from different roofing companies and we ultimately went with North Star Constructions because they were professional, friendly, informative, and upfront with us about our roof replacement needs. It also helps that their quote was competitive with the other three companies....

We were very pleased with the roof that they installed! The owner was very helpful and took the time to answers all of our questions. They took care of the minor issues promptly! We would not hesitate to recommend them!
