We were promised Hallway carpet to be replaced - however Representative did not return and replace the carper. This was promised and not completed.

Chris Bonds and his team at Paul Davis made an overwhelming experience extremely bearable with their professionalism and work ethic. I am so glad that we worked with them and the results were fantastic!

I felt really confident after they arrived and explained the process, used a moisture meter, etc. However, when other employees returned a day later (earlier than planned) to collect the equipment, they just looked around and said it was good. No measuring at all. The same night, my tiles started squishing...
