I would give the lowest rating and would not recommend the company.
On 10/2022 the Paul Davis Restoration Company was sent by our homes insurance company for level 3 water damage. After demolition my husband requested a quote from the repair side of Paul Davis. My husband received a quote with one tech and his manager.
After an employee turnover he was stated that quote was not valid and they have no records of that. However, my husband has the paperwork along with emails from our insurance company with the information. Since 10/2022 we have been going back and forth with Paul Davis for completion of our home.
Our homes floor titles are particularly torn apart from an attempt to pull the water damage titles up.
Paul Davis has multiple quotes from our insurance approving fixtures on the cabinets, countertops, floors, etc yet no one has contacted my husband or myself. However, the management, field staff are unresponsive, unprofessional, disorganized, and unconstructive.
In my opinion using Paul Davis for anything leads to a headache, unnecessary time and energy, and financial risk.
Not to mention after speaking with a colleague who happens to be a doctor, and has previous experience with Paul Davis. She stated Paul Davis are crooks.
Paul Davis please submit itemized receipt of everything that has been done?
Please remember the itemized receipt should be identical to the itemized receipt my husband has from our home insurance company.
Not the information given to him verbally about some fees will be delegated to other fees that required more expenses than another expense.
Just like one of the other reviews we were told Paul Davis could not take their home repair
We were informed Paul Davis decided not to continue the repairs on our home.
Abruptly, after they came and pulled up our title throughout our house.
We should not be charged on the itemized receipt for the title if the pulling up of the title was not completed.
Along, with not including transfer of pack up items.
No work was completed to even have the items transferred.
Water damage was all throughout the floor not just in two spots of the title.
The gentleman who was speaking with husband was Doug;however, he must of been told not to respond to my husband since he never responded back to my husbands text.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
The photos attached are photos we had to request to have remove from the demolition crew once they already said they were done with demolition.
Along, with uncompleted title removal.
As you can see they failed to remove the contaminated water damage from the overflowing fetus filled toilet damage from material of the home.
It was very, very, disorganized. They weren't ready for anything. They messed me around, and I told them if I were white, they would have done a better job.
Paul Davis Restoration of North Florida is very polite, and they get the job done when they say they are going to get the job done. They are easy to work with, and when I decided to change something, it was easy to talk to their builders. They are great people, and I have used them twice. They are awesome.
It was a very bad experience.
Overall finished product was good; however, subcontractors did not perform well and supervision and communication was inadequate.
Do not use any restoration company. Hire the contractors yourself.
I think the work they did was fine. It took a little longer than expected, but I am not sure whose fault that was. There was someone that went on vacation in the middle of my project.
Paul Davis Restoration did an amazing job with the repairs on our home. I would gladly recommend their services to friends and colleagues.
I am very dissatisfied with the entire project.
They were very acommodating and listened very well.
It was a great experience. They made it extremely seamless.
They were outstanding, timely, and professional. I strongly recommend them for any restoration needs.
Paul Davis Restoration is a very confident company and they do good work. They got me back in my house in about 3 months. I am very satisfied.
I love Paul Davis Restoration! We had a flood when pipes broke in the kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Randall was a pleasure to deal with, very professional, and his team, Scott and Josh, did a sensational job with the cleanup! Dave did a marvelous job with the estimate! Gia did a phenomenal job as my Project Manager! She got just the right people in to do the restorations for me. Her team did a fabulous job! Ricardo did an awesome job with the remodeling and painting, and Jeremiah did an outstanding job with the flooring. Lou fixed my hutch that was damaged in the flood, and Sam did an incredible job on my cabinets and the bathroom! Gia communicated to her workers exactly what I needed, and I could not be happier with the results! She exceeded my expectations and goals in every way! She was able to control all of the project's activities and its progress in a highly efficient, organized manner. She was empathetic, a great listener, courteous, patient, friendly, went out of her way to please, and helped me in so many ways. Gia turned what was a disaster in my life, and was able to translate my vision into a reality! I love my new kitchen and bathroom! I highly recommend Paul Davis of North Florida!
Representatives that came out were continuously arguing that I was wrong.
They were very professional in their work and extremely cordial and they answered all my questions. We were pleased with them.
Everyone was professional and polite. I didn't have complaints.
Everything was excellent.
The contractor that headed up the whole thing was Rick. I have the highest regard for him. He did excellent work, easy to talk to and handled any problems that came up, he would handle immediately. They are a great company.
Employees of Paul Davis kept the lines of communication open at all times and worked togeather like a great team.
PDR of North Florida handled two home claims for us. The mitigation team was good, professional, got the job done, answered questions. The restoration team did not good a good job for both claims. Problems included installing replacement material that was not on par with the original material for flooring and a bathroom vanity. The repair process dragged out and the repairs were not completed until 6 months or so after the initial claim. Roof insulation that had to be removed due to water damage took months to replace.
