He was always on time and sent the people on time. They called me if there was a problem or delay and were always good about that.

I felt Paul Davis did not adequately do the job they should have done. They didn't do it in the timeframe it should have been done. It took them eight months to do my bathroom. They left it incomplete.

The person who did the work was excellent. He worked very hard and I was happy he came on time. The results were very good.

All of my items were misplaced and or deemed as non salvageable. The hub took over 11 months to complete and they still did not complete the job to my satisfaction. The materials that were used were cheap and of poor quality. My bathroom ceiling now has mold appearing everywhere. I would not recommend...

The general contractor caused most delay of scheduling the repair work while subcontractors were all pretty responsive.

They did a terrific job, and they came out when I needed some help. Stephanie was the person I initially worked with, but all her technicians, and there were a lot of them, came to help with my mom's belongings. Every one of them did a terrific job.

They never came prepared for the job. The tech always had to come see what was needed, then leave to go pick it up, and would be gone for quite some time.

They were very professional, and completed the job in a very expedient manner. I am totally satisfied with everything they did, during the remediation and restoration process. The entire process with Paul Davis Restoration was a real smooth experience. Mike had great patience when I was uneasy and had questions. He explained the process to reassure me that everything was going to work out fine. Everything turned out great.

Justin Johnson and his team were amazing. Everyone from the cleaning crew to his movers to the people who did the repair work; they were absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them.
