I've used them on a few projects and there good people to work with from the workers on site to the office individuals you converse with and from what I've noticed so far the materials used are top notch

Overall the PolarBear team did great work at a reasonably price. The installation crew was amazing!

The siding team lead by Anthony was phenomenal. They did such a beautiful job that I have had comments from neighbors about how well it was done. They also paid attention to all details asking me every time how I would like things done. The roofers did a good job on the new roof as well.

They did a wonderful job and the crew was professional, friendly and the job site was clean when they left. They did a great job.

I was impressed by the team that worked on our site. They managed unexpected issues, in a good way and were very sincere and communicative.

Overall wonderful experience working with Polar Bear Exterior Solutions! The install crews did an awesome job replacing the siding, one window and new gutters on our home and were very friendly, courteous, caring, helpful, communicative, dependable, prompt, and skilled. This installation of my HardiePlank siding went smoothly, and Brian & his crew were friendly and cooperative throughout. The whole area was cleaned up upon completion.

Polar Bear made this project run smoothly and my old 1948 house looks so much better. I was impressed by the speed of the work crew and how well they cleaned up everything afterward. My only regret is that I wish I would have had Polar Bear install new doors at the same time.

Polar Bear replaced my siding and gutters. The crew was very courteous and made great progress each day. All work came at the quotes I was given and my yard was left completely clean of debris. I opted to have primer siding so I could have a custom paint job done. When getting my paint quotes the paining company was so impressed to see how well my siding was installed, making their job easier. They wanted to know who did the work, because they were so excited to see such a good installation job.

One thing that did happen, but wasn't their fault. We had drainpipes added on. They had to come back and fix our gate because it blew open, and destroyed one of the downspouts. They came out and replaced it and fixed it within a week. Everything was fine. The project manager came to do his final review, and I showed him what had happened. They fixed the latch on the gate so it wouldn't happen again, as well as replaced the drain pipe.

We engaged Polar Bear Exterior Solutions to do a full exterior renovation: new roof, gutters, windows, doors and siding. Every person we worked with was professional and knowledgeable. We are extremely happy with the quality of the products used, the installation and how we were treated.

We were extremely pleased with the jobs done by Polar Bear Exterior Solutions. It was a pleasure to work with a professional company that are recognized experts in various areas. We were able to get all of our exterior work done (except painting) by this one company. The company is large enough that each type of job had its own crew, which increased the expertise level of the workers as they are able to focus on one area. The quality and look of the finished job far exceeded our expectations.

Fabulous work, bad communication

Expensive, especially for sublet work. I thought crews would have been Polar Bear employees but found they were not when speaking with the gutter installers.
