Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

We met with the owner before signing an agreement. He impressed us with his knowledge of the industry and ability to discuss all aspects of pool care. He assessed our current equipment and didn't try to "upsale" us on additional tools or options. Our time w/ the owner felt very honest and straightforward...

We haven't had any issues w/ our service. I'm sure if we needed to meet with the pool technician we could schedule a time to do so, but he comes early in the morning before we wake up - just the way we like it!
