Gil Pozin and Scot Igra formed Quality Remodeling, Inc. in June of 1989 after spending many years learning the ins and outs of the construction business from Gil’s father, Gerald Pozin. Known as one of the “old timers” in the industry, Gerald Pozin was active in the Chicago remodeling/construction industry from the early 50’s until his passing in January of 05.
