Known as one of the “old timers” in the industry, Gerald Pozin was active in the Chicago remodeling/construction industry from the early 50’s until his passing in January of 05.

hemlock is the time tested wood species for barn construction. it has naturally ocurring cyanide in the wood that inhibits the critters.
