Areas For Improvement - All aspects of my Roofing experience from the initial contact to the final roof went as expected. We were very pleased with the overall performance of RLS Construction.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The degree of professionalism as the work unfolded became apparent when everything that was explained to us became a reality. We didn't have any unexpected surprises that would affect us in a negative way. The project was well-organized, completed in one day and overseen by our RLS agent Ryan.
Current Referrals
Current Referrals - I mentioned RLS to a couple of my neighbors but most had already picked a construction company to repair their hail damaged roofs. After talking to a couple of them about their experience I was glad I picked Ryan and RLS Construction.
Recognized Excellence
Recognized Excellence - My thanks and appreciation go to both Ryan and his installation crew. The crew placed tarps all around the perimeter of the house, covered the hedges and landscaping, answered any questions or concerns that I had and installed a great-looking roof.

Additional Comments - The extended labor warranty provided by RLS Construction is certainly a plus and one which I considered in the purchase of my roof.
