In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Rainbow gets a zero star. They are not professional. They did not clean as promised. They brought back dirty furniture. They had to reclean it onsite. It was a long process to get them to clean what was brought back. For the salvageable things, we did not get a good process of eliminating the things...

I was very satisfied overall. There were some things that I pointed out and they fixed it immediately. They went beyond what I asked them with the changes I was very pleased with how they conducted business. They were honest and worked with me on several things that we changed. Rainbow International help us out in a nightmare of a disaster. Our ceiling collapsed due to no known cause. The family was safe, but our nerves were a mess. Lock your bathrooms so their employees can't use them. They defecated in my toilets with the water shut off so the toilets couldn't flush, and just left it.
