In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

The people who did the work were friendly and really nice, and the work looks good. The problem was that they would disappear for weeks at a time with no notice, so the job that was promised as taking 2 weeks ended up taking 3 months.

I was very pleased with Wayne and the Reynolds Restoration company. Your employees worked hard, were very professional and caring of my home. We were kept up to date as to reports and consultations and other events that happen when reconstructing a home. I have already told people about your company...

Are you asking how to repair or solve the problem? Always need to look at flashing gutters and downs and roof penetrations to locate the leak.
How difficult to replace a rotted 6x6 PT support post for 2nd floor deck? Other materials that are less likely to rot?
