Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

The people who did the work were friendly and really nice, and the work looks good. The problem was that they would disappear for weeks at a time with no notice, so the job that was promised as taking 2 weeks ended up taking 3 months.

I was very pleased with Wayne and the Reynolds Restoration company. Your employees worked hard, were very professional and caring of my home. It can definitely be repaired, it would need extensive spackling, most likely with 2 part Bondo, then sended primed and painted.

What can be done to remedy a home with issues related to an EIFS stucco system? Can you re-do the front of the house with another material (i.e. Stone, etc)

Many of the EIFS issues we see are related to improper flashing, etc. These types of issues can be repaired by removing EIFS in affect area installing PROPER flashing as patching EIFS. Done by a pro ... read more
