Sarah and Dallas were very friendly, knowledgeable regarding their roofing Owens Corning products. From the years of experience in the industry, they choose Owens Corning because of the durability and warranty compared to other product lines they have used in the past.

The installers were organized, work on time as projected, cream of the crop workers, both on the roof & siding, etc.

I have already had occasion to recommend Roo Roofing to a co-worker and also to another friend as well. I can, and will, recommend them with confidence, they performed above and beyond when they did the V.O.G.-H.O.A. roofs. They quickly moved thru the removal and replacement of the roofs on (9) units - working Monday through Friday in very hot and uncomfortable conditions. I love their customer service! Either Dallas or Sarah would call me and always keep me informed. I always knew what was going on and I didn't have to guess or think, "I wonder if the roofers or going to come today?" They would say, "Okay, the chances for the rain and thunderstorms is 70% and we just don't want to get started." And, I understand that, so I think their customer service and communication was awesome!

They are reliable and trustworthy and I would use them again.
