They showed up on the day they said they would, did the work each day that they said they would do, and everything was left clean and neat. The job isn't finished. I'm assuming they're waiting on the city for the final permit. It turned out well.

I feel I made the right choice. I had 3-4 different companies come out and give me a quote and my decision wasn't based solely on price. It was based on the knowledge of the salesperson and the expertise and professionalism.

I received other estimates. The knowledge of Doug and the willingness to answer questions is what sealed the deal. There was no hesitation. There were no signs of frustration when I purposely re-asked questions. He was very forth coming. He told me that I could call him with any questions. I was extremely pleased. A lot of the things that he offered, like the protection of the property, was not something that the other companies offered. I was extremely pleased with the workmanship.

Roof Smart offered a tremendous value relative to other providers in my area. I was pleased when the local county inspector was complimentary of their work.
