This company on a whole is horrible!

In what was a very stressful situation with multiple ice dams that wrecked various ceilings/walls in our house, the SMB team was very reassuring and did a fantastic job in repairing our home. Especially Project Manager Ed and his go-to guys Dick and John. They were incredibly communicative and thorough in making us feel as comfortable as possible.

They did a good job. It was done in a timely manner. Everything looks good.

Yes, I will recommend them.

I wish I could remember all their names but I can’t. There is no way to thank them men involved. We went from catastrophe to normal in a reasonable time. We loved them

They were very worked really well with our schedule. Everyone was very polite. They communicated very well with us, keeping us in the loop the entire time. They texted me when they showed up, when they left and what they got done on the house that day. It was a good experience during a bad situation. I really appreciate SMB Construction for all they did and all the help they provided us with to get us through this situation and back in to our home.

This is because it took them so long to get the job done and I also had some items that were broken.

They're very professional and they were happy to go through several different times with my wife and I, they were willing to help us stay on the same page.

SMB was hired by our insurance company to come out and board up/tarp up a HUGE hole in our roof due to a tree falling on it. They did the original job but we kept noticing more water damage as the next few weeks followed. We called them over and over and told them and supposedly they came out to make sure everything was good. But we noticed a 3" puncture hole in the roof that had not been covered up, as well as the tarp was not tight around the chimney that had been broken off so I had to climb onto the roof myself to take care of this. Also, the tarping that was done had to be reworked two months later and the next company did a MUCH better job.

Everything was coordinated the way I wanted. I have a very satisfactory feeling about what they did. The only problem was unforeseen weather conditions.

Great company and would use again. Great work and very professional.

After the flood - The clean up done by SBM Construction was done quickly and very well organized.For the replacement work on our house - Dick at SBM Construction is a quality worker that cares about the projects he is assigned to. Keeps communication open and does a fantastic job. Thanks guys!

I have nothing but praise for these guys. They did an outstanding job and so did their subcontractors.

The initial sub contractors sent for repairs were extremely unprofessional: erratic scheduling, poor workmanship, not showing up at all. The project manager was unconcerned about these issues. Had to complain to the insurance company to get results, but then a very good team was sent out who did excellent work.

A great company to work with.

SMB came out here and 5 additional trips and the work was not completed. The quality is debatable. I will not recommend them to anyone.

People arrived on time, they worked hard through out the day, they explained things, called with questions and I was highly satisfied!

There lack of response to my questions and concerns.
