In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Well done in a day, with our own paneling used creatively. Looks and works wonderfully - including all of the bells and whistles. We really enjoy this new appliance, especially the colored lights and the spa jets!! And it drains surprisingly quickly (but thanks for the heated seat when filling up).

The water doesn't really come up as high as I thought it was going to. It only comes a little above my waist, so I have to scooch down to get wet farther up. That's the only complaint I have.

They sent a crew out to install the tub. I live in a mobile home and they had to take the wall out. They did a wonderful job. The salesperson presented something that was not clear. We wanted a different type of faucet and found out later that they did not sell it. We were told if we backed out it would cost half or a third of the down payment after we signed the contract.
