After a pipe burst at the back of my house I didn't know where to turn to deal with soaking wet walls, floors and crawlspace. ServPro took charge, tearing out or drying out everything that was damaged, making sure I understood what they were doing, and providing information for insurance and contractors....

Very direct and knowledgeable. Set up your system and...as it needed...ran day and night. I don't know if your company recommended replacement of our marble but I heard about the discussion about it. All of your work was professional and we are pleased with the final product. Our marble floor is in great shape.
