After getting several estimates, we decided to go with Smart Roofing, and we’re so glad we did. They completed the full tear-off and installation in just one week, and everything went smoothly through the final inspection. I met with Evie at Smart Roofing. He gave me a lot of information on my roof. I like the materials needed and all the requirements of Owen's Corning warranty. They made sure no materials were skipped to void my coverage. He explained everything that was needed and required. I did find his quote to be very fair compared to the other roofers. I got 9 other quotes for my project. I received good information and work from Smart Roofing.
