Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

If you are ever in need of a restoration go with a contractor that you fell comfortable with, not the one that your insurance company suggests you go with.

I am disappointed that they built my sprinkler system inside the wall. I had to pay an addition $260 to have it pulled out. Everything they did was a 4 they didn't realize that they were actually building the structure around the sprinkler system.

The team was excellent, very friendly with us (the homeowners) and seemed to be great pals that enjoyed working together! And Jeff Hughes, the Project Manager, was a perfect guy for that job. I would highly recommend VBS to anyone who had a repair or construction enhancement need!
