We feel that the sales portion of our experience was good but the installation was rushed. The crew was professional but they removed and installed the new roof in one day and worked a few hours in the dark. There were issues with the installation that had to be resolved later and we feel like they could have been avoided if they took there time to do a good job over the estimated two days instead of one.

They were a pleasure to work with. They did everything they promised to do, and completed the work on schedule. Had a complete new roof installed due to damage from hurricane Milton and westfall took care of everything. Anytime I had to call them the phones were always answered or I was called back shortly and they were helpfull great customer service.
