Oscar Alvarez was very professional and responsive. He took the time to explain the details of the job. I took off a star due to some quality issues with the team. They had to come back twice to fix a few things and they left a lot of debris in my gutters that need to be cleaned out.

This was our second time using EXOVATIONS. We had no issues with our first experience, but on this service we had several misses. Things that were on the agreement were missed and had to have multiple visits to be corrected as well as quality issues. The tops of columns were missed when painting I found later when hanging Christmas lights. There are still sections of paint that bubbled up and I will have to correct myself.

Overall good company.
They made a huge error but corrected it without increasing my costs.
Fair pricing for siding project.
Painting was good wood repair with painting was not.
Required alot of going back to check areas as they were simply painted over.

But the reality is they dont care about the quality of their work and just do the job as fast as they can. Exovations is the best.

If timely and clear communications from a contractor is important to you, see if Jake at EXOVATIONS is available to be your Project Manager. Jake led four teams of task-specific (i.e. framing, siding, gutter replacement, and painting) experienced professionals over 3 weeks to complete my project 1 week earlier than his committed completion date at the reasonable quoted price. It couldn't have been easier for me!
