From a sales perspective, we were very happy with the process. They were thorough, friendly and informative throughout the process. Unfortunately, the scheduling and implementation of the project had some issues. The main issue was just the lack of communication. Consistently, we had to follow-up on a deliverable a few days after it was stated they would let us know. We understand delays can happen but if you agree to contact us and never do it adds frustration to a project. This is our first time working with G Fedale so I have no basis to think this is how it is normally but this is our only experience.

The team at the North Wales, PA office was highly responsive, diligent, and transparent. They did a great job on my small commercial building. It is hard to find honest people in this industry. This office was very honest.

Did siding and windows in a timely manner keeping the site clean. Corrected any issues that need to be fixed.

It took over 1 year from when we started with you all, until the project was completed. Communication in the beginning was great, and then it just dropped off. We spent way too much time chasing people. Then when the awning was installed the first time, the lead person made a mistake and tried to cover it up. that further delayed the project. it was as much the mistake, but the fact that he tried to hide it. Its a shame as we have a laundry list of projects to be completed, including building a new unattached garage.

We received several estimates. G. Fedali was among the least expensive. We were surprised, because we felt that G.Fedaii was also the most knowledgeable in the work they were estimating. As the project unfolded, it became clearer that some of the other estimates came from contractors who really didn't know how to properly install this product

The doors don't quite fit right, there are raw edges left on the windows and the workers left a mess.

The roof itself is great and the workers did a great job. Clean up wasn't so good, I had to borrow a rolling magnet to clean up about 100 nails. A gutter was installed that I didn't want due to communication breakdowns and landscape lighting was broken. On a positive note they did take the extra gutter off of my bill (but one I will have trouble cleaning and why I didn't want it) and they also took the cost of lights and install off but now I have to get them fixed. Dumpster was there a long time in street in front of house.
