This was a large project, over 20 windows (and not small ones), 2 large sliders, Removal of cedar and installation of Hardy board siding on a 3200 square foot 2-story, replacing a small deck (which also required some structural reconstruction from water damage of the sill), new soffits, fascia and gutters. From start to finish the communication was top notch, the managers were always available, either on-site or via phone/email for questions. The crews were always professional, punctual and answered any questions we had.

We had a great experience with our renovation. The project started later than it was supposed to and lasted longer than predicted, but I appreciated the attention to detail, the tidiness and the safe way that the two carpenters worked each day. They were easy to have around the house. Quiet and respectful….hardworking and focused.

The work done was professional and well-done. It was a good experience working with the employees through each step of the process.

The downside of their work spoils what's good. My solid wood floor was carelessly damaged in several places. The first group of installers showed no respect for my home and left dust and debris everywhere. Some windows were too stiff to open fully. The project manager thought that was OK! On the better side, the sales person was knowledgable and helpful, and the second group of installers were superb. The project manager doesn't get customer care. When I called him about the floor damage all he could do was ask me for write a positive review! Ugh!

The two installers arrived on time and immediately began working. Windows covered in plastic when they worked outside. Never a mess and they vacuumed up as they worked. All windows in on day one. Old capping removed and new capping installed on morning of day two. Beautiful!!

Great experience with the various teams. The window crew did a great job with 16 window installations in just a few days. Took time to explain the install process and to make sure I was satisfied with the results. Siding crew was similarly exceptional. The quality of the siding install is outstanding. Lastly, the carpentry team did great work rebuilding several walls and repairing a few others. Overall, very pleased with everything!
