Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Hayes Homebuilders was kind, courteous and kept a clean worksite. They were concerned in making sure that we were satisfied with the results and made adjustments to accommodate subtle changes in plans to create awesome results. We Highly Recommend!!

From concept to completion I was so pleased with my project with Hayes Homebuilders! I received clear and concise plans with an explanation to me that I could understand, acknowledgement of my concerns (I have an older home that I worried would present an issue) prior to starting and seamless execution....

Hayes Homebuilders did excellent work in remodeling my bathroom! The overal experience was much smoother & easier that I had anticipated, and provided a beautiful new bathroom. I would recommend Hayes Homebuilders to others!

Hayes Homebuilders provides outstanding craftsmanship in their work. They take ownership of the project and complete the job with results that are beyond expectation. I am a repeat customer, perhaps a rarity in the construction trade these days. ALL projects have resulted in complete satisfaction.

I was very satisfied and very pleased with Hayes. We agreed on a price and he stayed with that price. There were no surprises, and they did exactly what we had agreed on.

Hayes Homebuilders is the best construction firm I have ever used. We have owned 4 houses and renovated each one. Working with Michael and Shane was the best experience by far. We tweeked the original design and materials selection until we all were pleased. Even our neighbors, who have not spoken...

My experience working with Hayes Homebuilders is that they provided excellent quality service in a very quick turn around time. The staff was very courteous and clean. I would highly recommend them to a friend.

They were very patient and did the job in a timely fashion. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. They cleaned up after themselves. The job was professionally done. If they had a problem, they let me know what the problem was. They were outstanding to work with.

Hayes Homebuilders made me feel comfortable working at home when I had children around. I would suggest not putting off Hayes Homebuilders until your children are grown. They have been professional and courteous to me.

My wife and I remodeled two bathrooms and they completely tore out everything down to the two before setting and put it back 100% to our satisfaction. We were very pleased with the workmanship, professionalism and look forward to working with them again when we look at the process of remodeling our kitchen....

Hayes Homebuilders and all of his subcontractors are honest, professional, and take pride in their workmanship. I have recommended Hayes Homebuilders to everyone and share pictures of my new bathroom with them. Their work is excellent.
