Consolidated Construction Group

Our team will be there to walk you through the process every step of the way. Our history and experience are proof that your project will be predictably seamless, on budget, and on schedule. We take great care in making sure that you will absolutely love your project when we are finished.

Dream: We will first meet to discuss the project and build a relationship with your family. By discovering how you live, we can design a space that will be a one-of-a-kind fit. Our Dream Study will help identify the specific considerations of your project, and will allow us to recommend thoughtful, budget-conscious solutions. With the information we gather, we will develop preliminary drawings and a preliminary estimate that will provide a solid foundation for your dream project.

Design: The design phase brings all of the details of your project to life. This is when the material selections and finishing touches are made. The building permit drawings are prepared for review by all of the trade contractors who will be working in your home. A detailed project is presented with precise specifications that incorporate the fixtures and finishes you selected and a detailed base project price. Because we care about your home, we take the time to pay attention to every detail, so there will be few surprises, and a project we can stand behind.

Build: Your dreams about the design will now become a reality. We take special care to maintain the security and safety of your home and family. We protect surfaces that will remain and secure barriers to minimize dust and moisture issues. You will meet craftsman who excel in their trade and treat your home as if it was their own. The time spent in the Dream Study phase and the attention to detail in the Design Phase allows your project to be done with the highest level of craftsmanship on time, on budget and on point. We take great pride in understanding that your home is more than just a house…. it’s where life happens.
