In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Installation was on-time. The tub-to-shower conversion transformed the entire shower experience. I especially like the safety bars and fold-down shower seat!

The work was great, it's a pricey but very nice fence. It took months to get on their calendar to do the work and when they did come out and do it, there was only one guy who did almost all of the work. He was a rock star worker and I like the fence. Getting it was a difficult process.

Our installer, Bob, was here for 12 hours n never once stopped. I would give him 5 stars+, he was friendly, courteous n efficient. Gave us a beautiful new walk-in shower n installed a new toilet n sink faucets for us.

Overall workmanship was good. Some problems with arriving on schedule and communication. We weren't informed that a buried cable had been hit during installation. We had to call the cable company ourselves, and when I called Chesley the next day, they said they had been informed by the install crew....

I thought they were excellent. It was an excellent job. Joe was very nice and personable. He did a super job. I went from a bathroom I couldn't use to one that I could, and I love it.

Their communication was great with the schedule. They got delayed on some jobs but were always communicating with us and letting us know!

We have used Jacob Sunroom and Exteriors for two projects. They just make the process easy from the first contact to get the bid to the install of the product. We trust they will do the project right the first time and if we have any issues they will handle. The staff is wonderful to work with in all departments.
