Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

While we are pleased with the final outcome, it was a painful process. The JK team had some good carpenters, but relied very heavily on subcontractors. Sounds cliche but King and Co. is it! They are that Company that is a wonderful combination of good people with a solid product that is reliable and extremely effective. I would recommend Jeff King & Company highly. He took a 55 year old property that had been untouched for all of those years and turned it into something contemporary and beautiful. Jeff King's work ethic is above and beyond. I would give it 5 stars!
