Mark Kresge, MCR, CKD, CRPM started his first remodeling company in 1983 and has immersed himself in providing the best service and quality products for homeowners in Central Ohio.

In 1994, Mark incorporated Kresge Contracting and continued to develop his professional team and services with complete custom remodeling. He has been, and continues to be, involved in the professional associations of NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association), NARI (National Association of Remodeling Industry), and the BIA (Builder’s Industry Association). He has held several offices within these industries and received awards for his contributions.

Through the years he gained insight on how to create the systems and processes to provide the best value for custom remodeling and renovation projects. Through experience, Mark learned a different approach was needed for projects not requiring wall changes than for those complete remodeling projects that redesign the space. Mark realized he could better serve his clients by creating a second company to focus exclusively on those renovations. Renovations often consist of updating, fixing or replacing rather than completely redesigning a space. In 2004, he created Bathroom & Kitchen Services, LLC to focus exclusively on the renovation of kitchens and bathrooms in Central Ohio.
