We were very pleased with our choice of Flint from the get go :) Emily came with designs of our vision for a remodel of our bath, bedroom and beautiful walk in closet within days. Even when a couple of things were changed, during construction, they were discussed with the team to see what would be a better fit for the finished design. Work began promptly on the agreed start date. There was always an open line of communication via phone, text & email with Emily & the team. We were always apprised of whom would be working on said days, when there would be no work, etc. ie, deconstruction first, duct work, plumbers, etc. Granted, there were some days when appointed worker(s) could not make it due to time constraints on other sites, but they were normally back to us within a day or two (It does happen in this type of business, so be patient) Again, we are very, very pleased with the final product and will be working again with L.G. Flint for any future remodels to our home & business.

The team at L.G. Flint are professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Throughout the project they made insightful recommendations and stayed on top of the project. The schedule fell short but that was due to missed supplier schedules and holidays. I would absolutely recommend them to others and plan to use them on my next home project.

LG Flint, our general contractor, resolved our every question, concern and request. We were very pleased with the finished remodel project.

I have dealt with Flint on several projects and they are always professional and explain the whole process with me.

Andy, Riley and the crew did a fantastic job repairing and replacing our basement windows. Their team did a fantastic job brainstorming to come up with the best and least expensive option for our repair. The did an amazing job of keeping things clean and tidied up every day after work. They also did a great job of communicating when they would be coming each day so I knew what to expect. Thanks for a job well done!

L.G. Flint represents what is honorable and reliable in a contractor. They will listen to what you want and dotheir best to offer you quality work at a fair price. Their subcontractors are also reliable and friendly, working ina timely fashion and keeping the work sight clean.

They were very professional and timely in coming out. If they could not make it they would call. You could not ask for anything better than that.

We have had a lot of renovation done to our old farm house. This is the first time we've used L.G. Flint and we We were very happy with the work done. I actually looked forward to seeing the workers arrive. They always did what they were supposed to do and then more. I never felt like I had to supervise them or clean up behind them. They truely brought our vision to life...with 4 boys in a three bedroom house we either had to move or add to our house, we truely did not want to move from our location. They listened to everything we asked for and somehow made our little old ranch style house look like it has always been a story and a half house. It is one thing making sketches for us and giving us an idea of what we wanted, but to truely go beyond that and build what they did, my hats off to them.
