Lincorp Construction

If you’re thinking about a home remodeling or home renovation project but you’re hesitant because of a bad experience in the past – I understand.

My name is Ron Jedwab and I’m President of Lincorp. I recognize that most people experience some anxiety looking for a home remodeling contractor and conceptualizing their project through to completion. I’d like to show you how we do something unique in our industry. It is my goal that every kitchen, bath or finished basement project becomes a very positive experience.

It is possible for your home renovation project to be done right the first time without hidden charges, hassles or poor quality that are all too commonly found.

There are many general and remodeling contractors that talk a good game but very few deliver on their promises.

There have been countless news stories by leading national and local news magazines about unscrupulous contractors that disappear with homeowner deposits, operate without a license or never complete the work. I encourage you to carefully review "What Happens when You Go Low Bid" it is eye-opening.

Unfortunately, because of the economy many new companies have sprung up in the remodeling industry. These companies don't have the training or experience or to complete a quality, comprehensive remodeling project.

A 2009 survey by a consulting firm that specializes in the remodeling industry found that 33% of the remodeling contractors listed in local telephone directories were out of business within five years. I am proud to say that my company has been in business continuously since 1989.

Lincorp was founded in 1989 and serves homeowners in Oak Park, West Bloomfield, Southfield, Farmington, Farmington Hills and Surrounding Communities. We have built our reputation on honesty, integrity, reliability, professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Ron Jedwab brings a perspective to the project details that many contractors don't want to deal with, for example:

* Many remodeling contractors will simply send you off to the supplier and let you pick out your materials. They don't provide any guidance on look, use or functionality. They really just want to put the project in. This makes it almost impossible for your project to stay within budget or to maintain a consistent and coordinated look. * Ron takes the time to listen to your needs and desires and then will help make your job easier by providing specific recommendations on materials. He also will provide the specification sheets for all materials so you get what you expect. * This is just one of the ways he keeps you within budget takes the guesswork and frustration out of the many choices you will make for your project.

I'd like to show you how you can be sure your remodeling project will be handled professionally and look fabulous without all the missed deadlines, hidden charges and faulty workmanship that are all too common in our industry.

If you need extra space, a new kitchen, a new bath, a finished basement or you want to improve the layout and livability of your home, it is possible for your home remodeling or home renovation project to be done right the first time without the hidden charges, hassles or poor quality that are all too commonly found in our industry.

Our industry is competitive, like most, and I appreciate this opportunity to demonstrate why our clients consistently refer me. I realize what it takes to earn your business, what it takes to create the results that you demand and what is necessary to prevent potential headaches and frustrations peculiar to construction.

Thanks for your time and we look forward to answering your questions about your upcoming project.
