Windows installation was smooth and appealing.

I was taking advantage of by the guys that came out and sold me the plan the installers for excellent but no I will never recommend you to anybody I was taking advantage of and that's okay because I didn't read the contract well I didn't know what measurements meant so I did it to myself but I will tell people don't mess with y'all because you don't know what you're doing

I would be embarrassed to put my friends through so much frustration. They ignored my concerns.

I thought the flooring was slip resistant, but it wasn't. The safety bar in one of the bathrooms pulls away from the wall.

I had windows installed previously and am pleased with the quality. The storm door and door were fine but lesser quality.The frame side windows were an inferior quality. Nail holes were covered with paper patches that were spray painted to look as though they belong. Nails holes during installation on the trim were covered with rubber chalking and are visible. I expected better quality for the cost.

The workers were great but it was very expensive

Our project was small in scope, large in cost. Workers did a thorough job, completed in one day.

Had to piece together my renovation

I would strongly never recommend Long Home, unless maybe to an enemy. I found them completely unresponsive to my calls, and when I reach out to them to ask questions as to when the work will be completed, I do not get replies. They seem to have just dropped off the face of the earth. I have not gotten any satisfaction in the month or since I have been trying to get Long Home to come complete the work.

Overall I am happy with my bathroom remodeling. A plumber did have to come back and fix a leak under newly installed vanity and was unable to close the sink drain due to a hose in the way. One toilet tank moves, having informed them yet for that. Just found out.

The Long Home crew was very attentive and friendly throughout the process. I'm quite pleased with my newly installed shower and appreciate their efforts!

Amanda and Dave.worked with us with dealing with a 100 year old home and the problems a home this age can have. They came up with solutions with the problems and worked with us to fulfill our needs at.this time and for in the future. Also the quality of the product gave us a shower the should be worry free for a very long time and you can't beet the limited lifetime warranty that can be transferred when and if the house is sold. Once again Thank you to Amanda and Dave for coming up with this beautiful and safe shower

The Long Home team demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the entire process. I had solar panels installed on my roof, and the removal process by my solar company was extremely slow. However, Long was incredibly patient and accommodating during this time.

I don't see how any job deserves more than a 4.9 but looking at the big picture I'll go the 5.0
