The end result is beautiful

There was no mess they cleaned up everything, it was done in one day. The install is terrific easy to talk to. I recommend Robert and Eric their work was pure quality if I had other showers to do, I’d hire them.

They did great work. It was high quality, and they were very fast and timely. The communication was excellent through every step of the way, and they did a great job.

Long Home was one of the most organized and well-oiled operations I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I’ve spent 30 years in the construction industry, and I know how to rate companies; these people are top notch.

They left the pipes under the house exposed. The installers opened the area by removing the vaper barrier and insulation and did not put it back. It cost me $500 to have it repaired. If left open, the pipes would freeze and the damage would have been very significant.

Workers were sloppy, our yard looked like a municipal dump; Job took longer to complete than promised; primary access to roof was over the front door, yard area was not covered properly at this point. clean up resulted in removal of all mulch from front flower bed, leaving dirt, with heavy rains expected, which necessitated our securing 8 bags of mulch to prevent a muddy mess. Debris from removal of existing roof was all over, and we are still finding small pieces; There is a split at a front dormer which was not there before work was started, new roof placement around dormers is not even or matched; existing gutter appears damaged, however, I have been waiting for a rain to observe, before a brought all of the preceding to Long Homes attention. A ladder used by the crew fell onto our air conditioning compressor. The unit will not be checked until early November to ascertain damage, if any. The project manager was called when this happened, and a message left about the incident, which occurred in the early afternoon. no response was received. The project manager was again called in the early evening, when a gentleman answered and indicated she was out of the office. She retuned the call later indicating that she had received a call from our number, and stating that she had not listened to her messages, which was very upsetting to my spouse. Nothing was accomplished from that call, and we never heard from the project manager again.

A most disturbing factor in this whole experience was the lack of fluency in English, of anybody actually working on the job. I was told that the workman on the job would be employees of Long Homes. There truck had a taped on logo, and on the day the job was purportedly completed, there was no logo at all on the truck. This entire experience was not what I expected from the Long Name.

Since I have not yet contacted Long Homes directly about the preceding, I will be doing so as soon as I ascertain the status of my air conditioner, or before.

Teresa and Sean were wonderful in educating me about Long's installation process as well as making the decision making process very easy. They were knowledgeable, professional, and I felt such a great sense of trust in them and Long as a whole.

Yes I was pleased with the results of the results of the remodel, however the closet wasn't completed (which I was made aware of prior to the beginning of the project), so I am still looking for a carpenter to finish the project! Would have preferred working with a company that did a COMPLETE remodel!

I had a shower installed, but there were some measurement issues that needed major fixes. The sales team set expectations that weren’t met, but I have to say the installation quality was solid.
