Although the final product came out very nice, the entire experience and process was frustrating and long. We began the installation on September 4th. Neither of the installers spoke any English. The plumber came back to "check to water temperature" without notice before the final plumbing inspection. That didn't happen until October 24th. After much delay and back and forth with the office and "project manager", the final inspection wasn't until November 5th. Massachusetts inspections took this project over 2 months to finalize. I had to call to check on status multiple times instead of being contacted by the project manager. This was my 85 year old father's home and he had to cancel many plans to sit 4 hours windows for inspections.

Employees are quick and straight forward. Easy going.

Salespeople viewed the attic and noted several interior plywood roof deck panels were stained with mildew and likely needed replacement. They said this would be included in the ost of the work. At installation the foreman was also shown the interior panels that were stained, but the work crew did not replace a single panel. Felt like we were oversold on the price and crew decided to avoid the extra work.

Almost perfect. A little messy around the tub and ceiling. I was not too happy with the faucet and the tub overflow cover. They didn’t match. Everything was as I picked out except above. Thank you for everything.

Demolition and installation went flawlessly. Thalia told us it would take 4 days due to building inspections and it took 4 days. The team (Katie, Gabby) were in constant contact with me on the inspection's that were needed.

Victor did a great job during the demolition and only removed what was needed (We did a tub to Shower). House was left clean when he was done!

Victor came back to do the installation with Miguel, and they did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!

It took someone a very long time to get back to me. The replacement windows were all scratched. I had them replaced 6 times and they finally got it right after I missed 6 days from work and had to use my vacation time for all 6 times they were at my house. NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!
