Mad City did a wonderful job with our cabinets! We love the look and feel and they did a wonderful job throughout the process.

The quality of windows is worth recommending but the installation process did not meet our expectations.

Even though issues were corrected, there were too many to start with. One has not been corrected, Damage to residence from contractors' trailer hitting garage door trim.

They were very professional and they were concerned about how they put the windows in to keep as much heat in the house as they work.

My experience with Mad City from start to finish was excellent. I was presented with choices (regarding color and type of shower doors) and the finance terms offered made this project affordable for me.

Mike the installer was very professional and knowledgeable and very polite I was very satisfied with the outcome. He took pride in his job he also protected my flooring to the installing area. After the finishing he went into details and explained cleaning procedures. I would recommend him for I would say almost any job. The windows were measured twice to fit. Ordered to fit. When the windows were installed they did not fit correctly at all. There were large gaps around the window frames. The foam that they sealed the gaps with wasn’t fully sealed. There were gaps in the foam.
Furthermore the wraps that was done on the outside frame was not consistent. The metal cuts on corners had gaps also.

Mad City Windows & Baths was very fast and efficient. We gave them quite the job here in one of the bathrooms. They had to break up cement, clean it all up, put new cement down, and put up a wall. One bathroom was a lot of extra work. They took the flooring out for us because one of the tubs was kind of on a platform.

Highly recommend Mad City because of their quality product, ease of installation and customer service.

Wayne Gendron was extremely attentive and assisted us without delay.

There were to many outside contractors like to fix dry wall electrician work and plumbing everyone had to show up separately etc. which made the experience extremely inconvenient and had to use a lot of our own time to manage the installation process. Communication between all the staff members was extremely poor. There was a lot of confusion and a lot of moments where we needed to declare clarifications. We were not explained how many ways the warranty could be voided during the process before we signed the contract. Definitely we feel very ripped off simple as that and we are not shy to share our experience and not being able to offer a real full kitchen remodel is disappointing and also unprofessional that the job is left so unfinished like leaving areas that’s needing painted and etc. the kitchen is very unfinished and a lot of work we are having to do ourselves . For what we are paying the work is extremely low value we feel extremely ripped off from the kitchen . And the bathroom is ok . We Would never recommend you guys we really do not want people to
