They showed up when they said they would be there. The workers finished the work quickly and professionally.

We were under the impression that the inside of our cupboards would be sanded down and redone. This was not done. For what we paid for them I’m disappointed I still have ugly inside cupboards. The workers Don and Joe did an excellent job on what they were told to do. I have a corner on my ceiling that needs to be fixed and a peice of flooring that needs to be fixed. Being a first timer I guess I should have asked these questions if it got broke wouldn’t be fixed? Again not worth what we are paying for🤨

I was very excited to purchase this product. After using it for a couple of weeks, I wish I could choose something else.
The first thing I noticed is how slippery it is. Downright dangerous.

Secondly, the floor feels very narrow, as it slopes toward the center and toward the drain, making it difficult to find a level place to stand.

The third thing is that the floor drain does not sit flush with the unit, causing debris to catch in the groove and gets stuck there when I try to clean it out

I would definitely recommend MadCity Windows and Baths to anyone who needs a new shower and tub replacement. Very durable material and the color is perfect with my decor.

Agreed with first contact that came to our home from MCW that we would start project early April. Then got a call from someone that we had to do this now and was VERY pushy. I asked for him to checl with a supervisor and look at the papers we signed. After a long hold he came back and we were able to schedule early April.
