We just had a 40 year old sliding glass door replaced by Majors Home Improvement. The door had to be special made because of the large size. From the first salesman that came out to the two gentleman that installed it, we have nothing but praise. Everyone has been very courteous, helpful and respectful...

Crew left a mess every day. Disconnected the porch light and left debris in front of the door. Rather than cut shrubs back they stomped them,breaking them off at ground level. Trim details of the siding were erratic and inconsistent. In several cases different on each side of an architectural feature....

Thank you for your feedback concerning your Hardie siding and vinyl soffit installation. Your opinion and business is important to us and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused you. To make things right, we addressed clean up with our crew to do a better job in the future. After learning about the issues with the architectural feature on your home, we added trim on one side to match the other side and added more capping. We also performed extra work per your request on the front porch area at no charge. Thank you for your patience as we made corrections to your project.
They did exactly what they were supposed to do, it just took a long time.
