David and his crew were very prompt each morning at the job site and were approachable and friendly. Their rough estimate for the timeline for the project was very accurate (and actually slightly ahead of schedule due to some milder than expected weather). Additional damage issues not covered by the initial estimate (and given the age of the home, these were not unexpected by either me or the work crew) were photographically documented and provided in a separate estimate. And above all, the new roof looks great.
