Dave Merrill promptly met with me for an emergency project that was not considered major work or an expensive project but needed quick attention. I was pleased that Dave and his team treated me as if it were a big project. No matter how big or small, Dave was willing to provide the same customer attention.

What causes large gaps between window frames and the brick of my home? It looks like someone tried to caulk it previously, but it just pulled away again.
