Coastal Windows & Exteriors Inc. is a replacement window company based in Massachusetts with 50 years of roofing and vinyl siding experience in the home improvement industry. We are family owned, operated by a husband and wife team who has a commitment to making the process of having new home improvement products installed in your home both exciting and enjoyable. We are fully licensed and insured and, in addition, all of our service technicians are EPA Lead Safe Certified, and also hold specific WindowMasterTM and/or VSI certifications. I have purchased 2 doors and nearly 30 windows over about 10 years and I have no regrets. I'm sure you could find a cheaper vendor, but this is certainly a case of you get what you pay for. It seems silly, but I'm still excited about my entrance door and it's been weeks since installation.
If you have a home that's over 100 years old, these guys can give you modern replacements with a classic look.
The installation has been a highlight. I had 17(!) windows replaced about 10 years ago and they were able to complete installation within a single day.
I understand money is hard earned and easily spent, but you don't want to skimp on windows and doors. You use them every day and they keep your home warm or cool.

I went with Coastal Windows & Exteriors, Inc. because they were in business for a long time and were recommended by the roofing material company. Coastal Windows & Exteriors, Inc. was the most expensive quote I received. It rained after they installed the roof, and the same area that leaked before the replacement now leaked worse. They did come back out to address it. Their professionalism and responsiveness were good. Everything from the sales side was good. I am hesitant about their workmanship. I need to be convinced again.

I was pleased with the quality, speed, and care that the gentleman took to put them in. The windows are excellent and have made a huge difference in my heating bill. The men put them in and took away all of the debris and cleaned up after themselves. That's very rare. I couldn't have been more pleased with the salesmanship, quality of the windows, and the installation. The pricing was very competitive as well.

A quick job by the crew, roof looks good, only 1 loose nail found after clean-up. When roofing materials were left in driveway, the 3 sheets of plywood were left uncovered and as a result of rain all the next day, plywood was bent and misshapened. took 3 days for crew to pick up dumpster which is too long a period of time.
