Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

The staff were easy to work with, and very creative. Cindy, the designer, is very knowledgeable, particularly in obscure design elements, and very helpful in finding the right product for the job. From design to execution the process was mostly very enjoyable. I loved watching my ideas take shape....

We have been thoroughly delighted at the work and quality of the projects that New Life provided for us. They talked with us to explain issues and they worked to obtain the most usable design for our kitchen. We have recommended them to at least three other people.

I was very satisfied with New Life, with the owner, and with his crew. They did an awesome job in my kitchen and two bathrooms. They were on time and punctual and the materials they used were great. They worked with me with any changes and it was a great experience.

We had a great experience with New Life Bath & Kitchen. We were treated well, we were not greatly inconvenienced, and they were just great. Their workers were on time and courteous. Ashley and Chuck just did everything that we asked and made everything work. We couldn't be happier.
