The crew that came to do the plumbing and the shower install were great

It took longer than I expected.

Sales person Mike explained everything clearly and was patient while we made our decision. The installment team led by Alex was polite, professional and skilled at there work

customer service/ contractors /great service from start to finish.

From start of the project to completion everything went perfectly. Outside experience.

I was pleased with the man who came and did the work. It was excellent job. The management of the job was not good. They did not call me for months, and I waited for an appointment. I finally got an email response saying they are on top of it and taking care of it, and I discovered they were not. The person who came to do the sale should have asked questions but he did not have the correct answers. I have someone else out to correct the problems. It has taken them awhile to correct the problems.

NEWPRO is very fast. It is tough because I do have some issues. There were a bunch of materials left here. The crew that did the work was very fast. They are great at what they do. It is tough because the work they do when they are actively doing it, the building of the doors, is especially good. The quality of the siding is very good. The materials are excellent. But, there was a pallet of stuff left on the side that I am still trying to figure out what to do with. The laborers were wonderful. The guys who did the actual work were wonderful.

They did rather well. I am missing a part that was not in the warehouse at the time of installation. It is a part that goes over the drain. They told me that once it hits the warehouse, it would be shipped out to me. I would like to know where the part is and would like to know when I will be getting it.

I’m pleased with the product and the low pressure demonstration during the initial home visit.

NEWPRO is professional. They did the job very quickly and cleaned up very well. The job they do is very neat and professional.

I have concerns about the texture floor in the shower stall, I was told that it was good. I found out the hard way that it is slippery as ice when wet and worse with soap.

The process of ordering was great and the sales rep was good and as far as I can tell the roof I stall was good quality there are a few spots with the siding I question and definitely wasn't happy that they knocked out the power to my garage and didn't tell me so I couldn't open my garage. There was no communication during the days leading up to install and when I tried to contact someone if I got a response it took a while. The day of install no one showed up and when I called after them being 45min late I was told they changed the install due to weather. Well that would be nice to now as I am waiting at home for them to arrive. Then when I tried to find out about the partial siding Install it was like pulling teeth to get answers. I had no set number or person to contact about any parts of my project. The one email I had for Brad (a higher up) must have gotten tired of my emails and the last one he sent me was very rude. I had used new pro about 11 years ago for a few windows and was disappointed then. I was hoping for an improvement after so many years but nope.

Small jobs are good. A large job of $90600 +, not so much. Although I have paid my bill in full I WILL NEVER sign off on the siding faux stone potion. After NewPro team said thd job was complete, I contacted them numerous times with problems. Suspect work.

Everybody from Josiah, the Design Consultant, to the Installation team were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and answered all of my questions. On the day(s) of installation the team arrived within the time I was given. They introduced themselves to me, explained the process, got straight to work, answered questions I had, and calmed my nerves. They cleaned up as they went and made sure to cleaned up at the end too.

Job still not done. I don’t have a date. Such a small amount to finish but come on. You are losing the back half of my house and another job around the corner from me.

The Newpro team was professional, timely, efficient, and clean with their work. They were flexible to work with our short schedule when we needed the work done.

I’m dealing with an issue around the bay window. The stain on the windowsill and the area in front of it didn’t take well. There was a lot of dew left behind, and I couldn’t get it off, so now the stain did not take well on the wood. That’s one thing I’m disappointed in, but I’m making it work somehow.

We went with Alure because they stressed the timeliness of completing the project. We were told a bath project is five days- possibly six. Our project took almost three weeks to complete- with a single laborer often working 12 hours a day at our home. More than once we had to cancel dinner plans and/or evening plans so that the job could continue. Had we not done that- I’m certain the job would have taken several more days. Considering that we paid a significant premium to do this job- that’s the biggest reason we weren’t completely satisfied.

First, we had to wait 8 weeks forban appointment. They called the week before time scheduled, we were on vacation but needed the new shower stall for my paralyzed mother, so my husband cut his vaca short so he could be there. If someone had scheduled it in advance, we could have worked around the scheduled date. Installation was good except, we have no water pressure. Not enough water comes out of shower head and only a trickle for rainshower head. Barely able to rinse soap off with this low pressure. It takes alot more time to rinse shampoo off AND without the right pressure, soap stays on the floor leaving it slippery which I was told the floor was slip resistant. I asked due to my mother not able to walk. We have called and called and 3 people came out and did not fix the issue. We have one shower in the house. We cannot shower appropriately. The cost of the new shower stall is VERY high. More than we could have afforded but we need the new shower stall for my mothers care and were told NewPro was a reliable company by salesman.We believed our sakesman who reassured us your company is very reputable and holds high standards. We have not seen this. We now are making payments for something we are NOT happy with! VERY disappointed in how your company has handled our installation and the issues we have had to deal with. We had someone visit who loved the shower , was going to order one after seeing ours but we told them our issues....they didnt feel we were being taken care of well. This is now over a month since installation, almost two months and nothing is fixed and we never hear from anyone. We keep calling and calling. There is no rush or care to help us! It is EXTREMELY disappointing!What a disappointment!!!!

I highly recommend new pro for roofing or windows. Their job was excellent clean up with a little slow. But nevertheless overall excellent work.
