Blame it on the recent pandemic or current times we live in, but NGRW renewed our faith that high standards and exception quality still does exists. We felt like we got "white glove" service all the way through and we just can't say enough how much we appreciate it!!!

Clean & Safe - These 2 windows were being installed in our living room containing large antique pieces, silk upholstery, & oriental rugs. The care taken to protect everything was superb. They literally covered it all. They also cover the hardwood floor with thick padding in front of the windows for protection. They explained the noises they would be making just to set expectations. After they left, other than two beautiful new windows, we could not tell they had been here. Even the driveway where they were working was very clean.
