Repair existing framing (42 Decks) and sheathing at designated units. Replace traffic coating, flashing and topping slabs. Modify existing metal railings as directed. Remove and re-install exterior doors adjoining decks. Replace exterior finishes at guardrails and walls adjoining decks.
Traffic Coating Maintenance Repairs:
Clean (74) deck surfaces. Patch existing traffic coating. Repair existing flashing as directed. Install new top coat over entire surface of decks
