Roll-out shelves were used throughout the kitchen to maximize access to cabinet contents. A custom toe kick drawer was constructed to house the homeowners kitchen step stool. Lighting, both in the ceiling and below the wall cabinets were added to provide much needed task and ambient lighting. A tall pantry cabinet was used next to the oven to maximize storage. Staggered wall cabinets are accentuated by the vaulted ceiling resulting in an open spacious looking kitchen. The tile backsplash adds an additional level of aesthetic warmth and helps tie the cabinetry, counter tops and flooring together.
