This 3 unit condo was not functional for the residents and was stuck in the 1960s styling. We completely gutted the building, creating a new, open floor plan that took advantage of the great views of Mt Rainier and Puget Sound. We were confined to work within the exterior walls, since the unit was on the top floor of the complex. We had to work around the existing posts and incorporated them into the design.
