Homeland Builders LLC completed this custom home project in October 2014 at 205 Springer Lane in Lothian, Anne Arundel County Maryland. The customer purchased a home plan on internet by Donald A. Gardner "The Haynesworth". The Client used Homeland Builders LLC design build services to value engineer the plans and meet current Anne Arundel County building codes. The plan featured a multi-dimensional hip roof with multiple reversed gables, a front porch with rectangular columns and arches. and two rear porches with access off kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. The 4,000 square foot home was completed in 6 months from ground breaking to occupancy.
