Homeland Builders LLC finished this custom home at 3701 Waterford Mill Road in Bowie, Prince George's County Maryland. The 12,000 plus square foot home was completed ahead of schedule within 10 months from ground breaking to occupancy. The home was designed by a Washington D.C. architect with many custom features requested by the homeowners. Homeland Builders LLC worked closely with the architect and client during the construction of the home to incorporate all their design features and change revisions. This was truly a one of a kind home!
